Zoriah TV is developed and published by JMossLabs, a software development studio owned and operated by ECOM MOGUL LLC.
Acceptance of terms
These terms govern your use of Zoriah TV. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Parent or guardian responsibility
Zoriah TV is intended to be configured and managed by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for deciding which videos are imported, ensuring you have the right to use or access them, configuring profiles, setting restrictions, and supervising use where appropriate. JMossLabs does not review or approve imported videos. The app does not replace parental supervision.
Local video content and lawful use
Zoriah TV does not provide a public video catalog or streaming library. Users select or import content available to them on their device. JMossLabs does not host or distribute that content and does not claim ownership of user-selected video files. You are responsible for complying with applicable rights and laws.
Use the app lawfully. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or purchase entitlements.
Device storage
Profiles, local viewing preferences, and activity are stored on the device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, resetting or replacing the device, or other device actions may permanently remove this information. JMossLabs does not maintain a cloud copy for recovery.
Premium lifetime entitlement
Premium is an optional one-time lifetime Premium entitlement purchased through Google Play. It is not a subscription. Google Play displays pricing and processes purchases under its purchasing rules.
Premium entitlement is associated with the Google Play purchase and may depend on the Google account and Google Play services used to complete or restore the purchase. Internet access may be required for purchasing, restoration, and entitlement verification. Entitlement portability is subject to what Google Play supports.
JMossLabs does not receive or store payment-card details. Google may maintain purchase records independently. Lifetime Premium describes the entitlement purchased; it does not guarantee that the app, a device, or Google Play will remain available indefinitely. Refunds and purchase disputes are subject to applicable law and Google Play rules.
Availability and changes
Features and compatibility may change as the app is maintained. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app or features. Where applicable law requires notice or other rights, those requirements apply.
Intellectual property and third-party content
Zoriah TV software, branding, designs, and other JMossLabs materials are owned by ECOM MOGUL LLC or its licensors. Use of the app does not transfer ownership rights. User-selected content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners, and Google Play is governed by Google's own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ECOM MOGUL LLC disclaims warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not exclude rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ECOM MOGUL LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data arising from use of the app. These limitations apply only where lawful and do not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
Termination and discontinuation
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict use for misuse or violations of these terms, or discontinue the app subject to applicable law. Uninstalling the app may remove local information and does not itself cancel or erase Google Play purchase records.
Applicable law
These terms apply subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections. ECOM MOGUL LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms do not designate an exclusive governing jurisdiction or forum.

See the Zoriah TV Privacy Policy for information about local data and Google Play purchases. We may revise these terms and will publish the updated version here with a revised date.
