Zoriah TV is developed and published by JMossLabs, a software development studio owned and operated by ECOM MOGUL LLC.
This policy explains how Zoriah TV handles local viewing information and the optional Google Play Premium purchase.
Your child's videos, profiles, photos, watch history and screen-time data stay on the device. Zoriah TV works offline for viewing. Internet access is only required for Google Play purchasing, restoring, and purchase verification.
What stays on the device
The following information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to JMossLabs cloud storage as part of normal app use:
- Imported videos
- Child names and profiles
- Child profile photos
- Favorites
- Playback progress
- Watch history
- Screen-time data
- Content restrictions
- Other local viewing preferences
No account, cloud profiles, analytics, or ads
No Zoriah TV account is required for normal use, and no JMossLabs cloud account is created for a child. Zoriah TV uses no cloud storage for child videos or profile data, no advertising, no Firebase, no analytics service, and no behavioral advertising, ad profiling, or social features. These statements concern Zoriah TV and do not describe unrelated device or Google services.
Google Play Billing
Zoriah TV uses Google Play Billing for an optional one-time lifetime Premium purchase. Google Play may process information necessary to complete purchases, restore purchases, and verify Premium entitlement. Zoriah TV may receive purchase or entitlement information from Google Play that is necessary to determine whether Premium features should be enabled.
JMossLabs does not receive or store your payment-card number. Google may maintain transaction records under its own systems and privacy practices.
Internet access
Normal video viewing works offline. Zoriah TV requires internet access only where necessary for Google Play purchasing, purchase restoration, and purchase verification. Android or Google system components may communicate independently under their own settings and policies.
Local storage and data loss
Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, resetting or replacing the device, or other device-level actions may permanently remove locally stored Zoriah TV information. This includes child profiles, preferences, favorites, playback progress, watch history, screen-time records, and content restrictions. JMossLabs does not maintain a cloud copy of this information.
Children's privacy
Zoriah TV is designed to be configured and controlled by a parent or guardian. Children do not need to create online accounts. Child profile information stays locally on the device rather than being collected through a JMossLabs cloud account.
Device permissions
Zoriah TV may request device permissions or use Android system pickers when needed to let a parent select videos or profile images. Permissions can be managed through Android settings where applicable.
Security
The security of local content also depends on the security of your device, including who can access it and how you protect it. No device or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Third-party services
Google Play Billing is used for Premium purchasing and entitlement verification. Google operates under its own privacy practices; see Google's Privacy Policy.
Data retention
Local information generally remains on the device until it is changed or deleted within the app, app data is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or the device is reset or otherwise removes the data. JMossLabs does not maintain a cloud copy of child profiles, videos, watch history, screen-time records, or restrictions. Google independently controls retention of Google Play transaction records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Zoriah TV changes. The current version will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date.
